The first and foremost is "Sangaswadhyaya Bhaskara" "Mahamahopadhyaya" Brahmasri Sannidhanam Lakshminarayana Murty Avadhani who presided over the Vedic conferences from its inception till he left the mortal coil on 15.02.2010. A brief sketch about his achievements are as follows:
- He was born on 13.10.1916 to Sri Sannidhanam Viswanatha Sasrty and Smt. Venkata Subbama, who himself a great scholar.
- Sri Laksminarayana Murty learned Sanskrit and Sahityam from his illustrious father and mastered Yajurveda Samhita, Brahmanam and also Vidyaranya Bhashyam.
- He learnt non-dualistic philosophy from his maternal uncle Sri Venkatrama Sastry. He also mastered the Vedic texts of "Sampurna Kramantam", "Smartacharya", "Mimamsa Vidya Praveena" and "Sangaswadhyaya Bhaskara".
- He worked as a teacher in a Gurukula system from 1965 to 1996 and also taught Veda Bhashya in Guntur District. A.P.
- He was conferred the honours of "Sangaswadhyaya Bhaskara", "Vedabhashya Ratnakara" apart from several Puruskarams namely 'Atyunnata Medhavi', 'Visista Vaidika', 'Sastra Nidhi', etc.
- He is the author of Mimamsa Darsanam, Apasthamba Gruha Sutram, besides translation of Rudra Bhashyam of Abhinava Sankara, Sanatana Dharma Ratnamala and contributed a number of articles on Vedic subjects and also gave number of discourses in All India Radio and Visual Electronic Media.
